Berry Swirl Frozen Yoghurt

This is for those days you just need something sweet without breaking your diet progress! Simple and easy – this recipe has only 3 ingredients!



  • 1 1/2 cups plain double cream/ greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup berry jam, try find the low sugar variants
  • 1 cup fresh berries


  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper. Make sure that the baking sheet will fit into your freezer.
  2. Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and use a rubber spatula to spread the yogurt into a single layer about 1cm thick. You will not cover the whole sheet pan.
  3. Dollop teaspoon size amounts of jam all over the yogurt and use a butter knife to swirl the jam into the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle the fresh berries over the yogurt and put into the freezer.
  5. Freeze for several hours, until firm. I normally cover the baking sheet in plastic wrap (without letting it touch the yogurt).
  6. Once chilled, break into irregular pieces.
