Overnight Oats

This recipe makes sticking to a healthy breakfast a piece of cake! 🍰

It’s also super easy to change up the flavours by adding your own fruits πŸπŸ“πŸ’πŸ‰/ spices / tea 🍡🍡🍡/ whey πŸ„πŸΌ/ etc.



– 50g/ 0.5 cup of oats, raw

– boiling water/ tea (fruity ones are best)

– 1 stick of sweetener

– Sprinkle of cinnamon

– 1 serving whey (any flavour)




1. Mix the oats, sweetener and cinnamon in a bowl/ container

2. Add enough boiling water/tea to cover the oats

3. Leave for about 10 minutes

4. Add the whey powder and stir into oats

5. Put the lid on and let it sit overnight (either on a counter or in the fridge)

6. Don’t forget to take it with you to work and enjoy for breakfast!

– Grated Apple and Cinnamon

– Greek Yoghurt and Peanut Butter

– Fresh Berries and Vanilla Chai

– Banana and Blueberries

– Paw Paw and Cinnamon

– Coconut Milk and Pineapple

– Chocolate Whey and Vanilla Essence
