This is literally a five ingredient dish that is a clean, lean and easy quisine! 🍴🐟🍅🌱
Ingredients (serves 2):
– 1 tin tuna, drained
– 1 tin chickpeas, drained
– 1 cup broccoli, cooked
– 8 rosa tomatoes, chopped
– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1. Throw the chickpeas and tomatoes into a lightly oiled frying pan and cook until tomatoes are soft
2. Take off of heat and add the balsamic vinegar, broccoli and tuna.
3. Mix thoroughly and season as desired.
4. Serve and enjoy!
