Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Cookies

These are delicious and so easy to make!  With only three ingredients you can make yourself a guilt free sweet treat! This recipe makes about 14 – 16 bite sized cookies. 🍫🍼🌰

Ingredients:

– 1 tin chickpeas, drained

– 3 scoops Nutritech Peanut Butter Whey

– 1 tbsp. Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate

– Water

– Spray and Cook

– Optional: 1tbsp Honey

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180Β°

2. Blend chickpeas until it forms a smooth paste (adding a tiny bit of water when needed to get the correct texture)

3. Put the blended mixture into a bowl and add the Whey and Skinny Hot Chocolate Powder

4. Mix until well blended

5. Spray a baking sheet with spray and cook and spoon mixture into sheet in little balls.

6. Place in oven and bake for 10 – 15 minutes

7. Remove from oven and allow to cool

8. Enjoy!
