This is a super quick, easy, healthy and delicious breakfast/pre-workout/post-workout/bedtime snack recipe 😁🍴🍳🌰
Ingredients (Serves 1):
– 2 egg whites
– 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (or nut butter of your choice )
– Whisk the egg whites in a bowl with the Sweetener and cinnamon
– Coat a small frying pan with Spray ‘n Cook
– Heat the pan and add the egg white mixture
– Flip omelet when ready and put the peanut butter on top.
– Roll up and enjoy!
