Healthy Breakfast Pancakes



  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 2 heaped tbsp. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 handful of Oats
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Cranberries (or fruit of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp. Natreen (sweetener)
  • Optional: Dollop of Greek Yoghurt



  • Add the Egg whites, Cottage Cheese, Oats, Cranberries and Sweetener to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency
  • Heat a frying pan coated with Spray and Cook
  • Add small amounts of the mixture to the pan – cook as you would normal pancakes
  • Serve with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt
