Home-Made Tomato Sauce



  • 500g Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • Handful of fresh Basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • Pinch of Salt, Paprika, Italian Herbs and Dried Basil
  • ¼ – ½ cup of Water


  • Add all ingredients to a small pot and simmer over a medium heat for about 20 minutes
  • Remove from heat and blend with a stick blender until smooth texture
  • Cook on heat for another 5 – 10 minutes

Serving Suggestion:

  • Great addition to any pasta dish
  • Use as a sauce for your proteins
  • Use as a dip for your vegetables
