Carrot and Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 10 small Zucchini
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Method:

  • Julienne slice the carrots and zucchini
  • Add the olive oil to a heated frying pan
  • Add the sliced veg to the pan and stir fry for about 3 -5 minutes or until the carrots are cooked

Serving suggestion

  • A great alternative to spaghetti
