A Healthier Pizza Alternative

Cauliflower Pizza



  • 2 heads of cauliflower, blended until it resembles rice
  • ½ c mozzarella cheese
  • 1 whole egg


  • Cook the cauliflower in the oven at 200⁰ C for 20 minutes
  • Allow the cauliflower to cool for about 30 mins
  • Place the cauliflower in a dishcloth, wrap it up and squeeze out as much of the moisture as you can
  • Mix the dried out cauliflower with the rest of the ingredients
  • Place on a greased baking tray and flatten into a pizza base
  • Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes
  • Take out and place your choice of toppings and then return to oven until toppings are cooked



Serving suggestions:

  • Great for lunch or dinner
